im pretty sure this only works becuz one hear receives one tone and the
other ear another tone and it produces a speical 3rd tone inside the mind
when its trying to compread both tones at once so if you ears did not have
the capability of sending information of sounds going on to the brain i
dont see how it would be possible for you to receive any kind of affect
from this. im sorry. im not trying to be a downer but yeah…
are you ready to know is the real question? confront your shadows. know if

yes i hear it too.. it is a weird sound.. idk why it happens. it might be
because you ears were getting use to listening to one tone versus a variety
of tones.
i think it depends on urself pretty much, how long can u focus! i prefer
hour long sounds! n how long can u keep ur mind on it! (Focus)

Swami White show some tolerance at least.Thats what makes you a better
person,and dont put up with the Jesus will jugdje you or god
nonsense,because you want to judge people,and it showns,also be more
tolerant to other religions,even buddism.
And while were at it be less self-entitled please.This is an talk between
people that have equal value,even thought some of them are diffrent
religions and such.We need to respect our diversity,and not be divided by
it.

judging , judging comes from guilt and fear . Maybe they ought to actually
DO this meditation instead of attack it 🙂 Love to you anyway . I’ve been
judgmental in my life and I think we ALL have . We all are conditioned to
fear and feel guilty in this life . Thank you for assistance in reaching

The frequency is nice, but the timbre/resonance is harsh to my ears.
