    Why do most sources say different frequencies for chakras.this first pitch
    should be a G (396hz) . ????

    AE I love your videos but please explain why the chakra frequencies vary
    from virtually all the info I find online.for example the root chakra is
    supposed to be a G (396) but its obviously an A# in yours.I’m not trying to
    be an ass.I’m new to all this, though I have perfect pitch.please help me!

    Relax you! Get comfortable, push play, close your eyes, take a few deep
    breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth, and listen. Try to
    keep your mind clear. Focusing on your breathing helps. Just enjoy the
    ride. This is to help you get and stay balanced. Just let go and see what
    happens. 🙂

    Lol, I cant believe I was sitting here meditating with my head phones…
    halfway through some stupid ad interrupts it about celebrities smoking
