Nothing was mentioned about chakras or anything of spiritual connection.
For the sake of political correctness perhaps. Nonetheless great video for
technique but i focus on the aforementioned things. And with the physical
and mental benefits come spiritual. Completely utilizing the trinity of
mind, body, and spirit
This is a “Beginner’s Guide to Meditation” I would not have viewed Chakra’s
as a beginner’s concept when I began meditating – I love chakra meditations
and plan to have many more guided chakra meditations to come! Best wishes

Great way to start 2014.(eyes roll up) By stating whats missing in the
meditation. It’s perfect as it is. Im doing it 15 yrs and any “Chakra
balancing” always distraced and took away from the meditation. Many
traditions have no interest in Chakras mixed with this. I respect the
Chakras but in no way does it tell me who is more advanced as a meditator
by who uses them or who doesnt. Sadly, most Chakra cd’s videos, books are
just crap by either swindlers or enlightened wanna -be’s with no clue.

I use neuro programmer 3 and do this , with Sounds under water for 10 min
on my knees. I started tonight I hope my jonerney will be long and pain

Do I breathe in and out through my nose only? Does it matter? Or do I
breathe in my nose and exhale through my mouth?
I prefer not to use music is that ok?
Can someone explain to me what Chakras are? Do they represent parts of the
body or soul or something along them lines? Also, are these Chakras
something you concentrate your breath into? Or are you simply s’pose to
focus on the breath alone and blank out all other thoughts? Sorry if theses
are stupid questions. Im a complete beginner =/
