    Meditations. I’ve practiced several, but this One I found most enjoyable.

    Thanks for sharing this video!

    I went behind money too much and hence lost all my spirituality and balance
    in life.
    I got this problem solved by balancing my Crown chakra with the help of a
    reiki master.

    on a day to day basis, i keep my Crown chakra activated using a mobile app
    called “Crown Chakra” by lokesh

    The fourth chakra starts with the color green but then the words on the
    screen refer back to the base chakra one and have the same mantra on the
    screen as the first chakra
