Many people believe that sitting for meditation is easy, when it’s actually one of the HARDEST things to do comfortably (especially for beginners!). In this 5 minute video, I teach how to sit for meditation in a way that works for YOU by providing three major overlooked tips no one ever talks about.

If you are a beginner or new to meditation, watch this video before attempting any prolonged meditation. If you’re more experienced but you’re legs are falling asleep in meditation or you’re experiencing knee or back discomfort, my tips help for this as well.
