    The relaxation meditation music is a real healing of the spirit when life
    gets you down. Listening to the music while mediating makes the whole body
    and soul become more calm and refresh. I am going to apply this to my Tai
    Chi practices when I train on the beach to build up chi or charkra control
    in my movements though out my entire body. Thanks for the upload
    mediationrelaxclub. I can not wait to see more of your awesome videos. Keep
    up the good work.
